Driver's Information
A Georgia License and automobile registration should be secured within
30 days of establishing residency in the state. A written exam and vision
test are required for persons having a valid out-of-state license. A $15
fee is charged and must be paid in cash or money order.

Pet Registration
Dogs, cats, and other domestic animals
must be inoculated for rabies annually and wear proof of vaccination at
all times. According to City of Cordele ordinances, dogs must be registered
and licensed by the city. Futhermore, they must either be leashed or restricted
to the owner's property.

School Registration
Children entering Georgia Public Schools for the first time must present
proof of immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, polio, whooping
cough, diptheria, and tetanus, as well as proof of eye, ear and dental
exams. Students who were enrolled previously should present their last
report card and/or transcript.
